Land records thatcannot be quietly changed.
- Permanent Record IDs
- Off-chain documents
- Stellar-anchored proof
- Public verification
- Append-only history
- Admin-approved access
How it works
From paper record to public proof in four steps.
Register
A registry officer enters the property, its location and owner, then adds the supporting document.
Fingerprint
The record and document are hashed. The document stays private, off-chain.
Anchor
The fingerprint is written to Stellar. Only a confirmed transaction counts as proof.
Verify
Anyone scans the QR code or types the Record ID to see its status and public proof.
Open to everyone
Check a record before you pay for the land.
Type the Record ID or scan its QR code. You will see its status, its fingerprint and the Stellar transaction, if one exists.
Open verification
Rules we do not bend
Honest by design.
A verified badge is never assumed. If Stellar has not confirmed a transaction, the record stays pending and says so.
One ID, one record
Every property keeps a single permanent Record ID, including across transfers.
Public proof, private files
Fingerprints and status are public. Documents and personal details stay private.
Transfers keep history
New owner, same record. Previous owners remain in the timeline.
Scan to check
A printed QR code on any document opens the live verification page.
